Two Excellent original photos of the first night game in Shibe Park, May 16, 1939 (Philadelphia 3 vs Cleveland 8). One shot was taken from the leftfield stands, the other from the Upper Deck on the first baseline. Both photos show excellent contrast, with all players, umpires and even people in the stands illuminated. Both measure 8x10”, with small pinholes in the corners. Otherwise EX.
