Prison Boots from the Movie "Face/Off"
These were the actual custom-made boots used in the prison scenes of the movie "Face/Off", directed by John Woo in 1997, and starring John Travolta and Nicholas Cage. According to the LOA, these boots are made of "solid metal and are very heavy. Each boot has an LED on the back which lit up on screen." There is a control pack on each boot for batteries, where a remote control was possibly used. The LEDs do not light up, but there may be a way to wire them to work without the remote. The boots have been "purposely distressed and made to look dirty for the fight scene in the film". LOA.
