Rare Pop Lloyd "Joe" Negro League Baseball Card
Important baseball card is from the 1923-24 Aguilitas Baseball Card Set. Rare, rare cigarette card is one of less than ten known specimens. It is one of only a few that grade this high. Wonderful image of "Joe" is actually Henry "Pop" Lloyd. A great curiosity in the world of collecting Cuban cards, the Lloyd card in the set is identified correctly. Maybe it was just an excuse to get two of one of the best players in the same set. Blazing NRMT specimen. 2.5x1.5". Last known copy in this condition brought $3,500 at auction.
