Satchel Paige Original Wire Photos (5)
Five original images of the ageless pitching wonder taken between 1948 and 1971. Three of the photos, two of which show him during his wind up and release, are trimmed (VG), as is the one in which he appears alongside Max Patkin, The Clown Prince of Baseball (EX). The larger specimens were taken during an Old Timers Game at Yankee Stadium (includes Phil Rizzuto), and at the Browns A.L. Celebration August 19, 1957, both are EX-MT. Photo sizes range from 7x7.5"-8x10".
