Scarce 1935 Brooklyn Eagles Pennant
This rare pennant is the first we've seen celebrating the brief tenure of this Negro National League franchise. It measures approximately 10 inches high and about 28 inches from corner to point, and has red felt with "Brooklyn Eagles" inscribed in white letters. While there is no additional information - such as the date - listed, the only recorded year of play for the franchise was the 1935 season, before they merged to become the Newark Eagles. Item is in EX-MT condition.
