These flannel jerseys were worn in the 1996 biographical TV movie that depicted the tragedy and triumph of Negro League stars Josh Gibson and Satchel Paige, as well as showcased an up-and-coming player by the name of Jackie Robinson. Obtained directly from the film's costumer, the first gray, button-down road top is trimmed in red and black with "BIRMINGHAM" across the chest and the number 9 on the back. The only tagging is a Twentieth Century Fox tag on the inside tail with job, date and inventory numbers typed in. Shows good use, most notably some light collar stains. The second jersey features similar red piping with "ELITE GIANTS" on the chest and the numeral nine on the back. There is no tagging at all on this one and appears mostly unused.
