President George Bush, Sr. has signed in black ink on one of the panels, and finally, President Mubarek on another panel in black ink. Mubarek’s signature is dated “3/4/89”. Signatures obtained in 1989 at Opening Day Presidential visit to Baltimore Stadium in 1989 by Steve Kennedy, who had a personal relationship with the President. Signatures are 9-10/10. LOA.
