While she was winning her unprecedented fifth Olympic Medal (fourth Gold), Teresa Edwards was wearing this very jersey and shorts during the 2000 Sydney Summer Olympics. This represented the last Olympics in which Edwards participated and established a new record for any player in the sport, male or female. With this victory, Edwards also became the oldest gold medalist in women's Olympic Basketball history at age 36. The jersey features a Champion logo patch as well as USA Basketball patch and a nameplate on the back showing tremendous use with loose stitching. The shorts have Champion size 38 tag inside with "+1 Inseam" and "+1 Rise." The #4 is handwritten on a tag inside the shorts, along with the message: "Designed and Tailored Exclusively for the 2000 USA Basketball Olympic Team, Sydney Australia." This jersey has been photomatched and shows decent use from the Hall of Fame hoopster.
