Three Horror Film & Fantasy Paintings from Forrest Ackerman

Three Horror Film & Fantasy Paintings from Forrest Ackerman

Three marvelous oil-on-canvas recreations of the original movie posters and book jackets were created for horror film magnate Forry by the talented Pennsylvania artist George Zoldak. They are all in marvelous color with stupendous graphics and wonderful quality. Created around 1980 for display in his home they include: 1) King Kong (1933). Dynamic graphics are based on the original movie poster. 2) Thuvia Maid of Mars by Edgar Rice Burroughs. Smashing look of the original book jacket. 3) The Invisible Man (1933). Likely the best one of all, it is from the original movie poster. Not too coincidentally, they are each around the size of a movie one sheet, 27x41”. EX-MT.
