Tremendous Assorted Baseball & Football Vintage Shoebox Collection (1250+)
Presented is a tremendous assortment of late 1950's and early 1960's Topps baseball and football cards. Included are the following (425+) 1961 Topps cards most are in EX condition with some duplication highlights are 200 Spahn, 478 Maris MVP VG-EX (2), 475 Mantle MVP (2) both VG-EX, 482 Mays MVP (3) , 150 Mays VG+, 160 Ford, 484 Aaron MVP, 429 Kaline, 525 Berra, 517 McCovey, 260 Drysdale, 287 Yaz, 307 Mantle WS HR (2), 406 Mantle HR (2), 401 Ruth, 360 Robinson (2), 417 Marichal (3), 350 Banks, 344 Koufax, 586 Ford AS, 443 Snider. There are also a few of the tough high #'s sprinkled in. 1962 Topps baseball (275+) including # 1 Maris VG, 18 Manager's Dream, 50 Musial, 150 Kaline, 199 Perry, 251 Yankees Team, 387 Brock VG-EX, 140 Ruth and Gehrig, 53 AL HR leaders, 200 Mantle VG, 395 Mays, 394 Aaron. 1960 Topps (50) with # 250 Musial GD. Most cards in the 1960 group are GD. 1959 Topps (20+) with 430 Ford, 387 Drysdale, and 380 Aaron. 1957 Topps # 3 Berra and # 302 Koufax both GD. Lastly, as an added bonus there are (49) 1960 Fleer 3 card strips. Most are miscut at the bottom and were probably discarded by the factory as rejects. Keys include (2) with Gehrig, (2) with Waner, (5) with Ott, Johnson (3) Brown (3) Speaker (3). This is a very unique group and we do not recall seeing these uncut strips too often. Overall this lot has tremendous break potential. There are (100+) 1960 Topps football with # 23 Brown VG, and 113 Tittle. Additional football cards include (20+) 1958 Topps, (20+) 1959 Topps Football. Nearly all are in VG condition.
