Many regard this photo as the quintessential example of the fury of Cobb on the base paths. It shows Cobb stealing third base. The look on Cobb's face is priceless, Yankees third baseman Jimmy Austin is caught in the struggle between applying the tag for the out and saving his own skin. Photo was originally shot at New York's Hilltop Park in 1909. Photo reprint dates from the 50's.
