1880's Webless Workman’s Buckleback Glove
One of the earliest fielder's gloves ever used. This horsehide model was based on a work glove commonly sold at hardware stores. A skilled craftsman added a strap, buckle and padded lining. Included are a detailed LOA from one of the top glove historians and restorers, and a custom lucite case for display. Condition of glove is a remarkable EX.
