A piece of epic proportions and at this time, unique. Just look at it. Introduces "Just Out Spalding's Base Ball Guide." Point of purchase piece hung in appropriate stores (not many), "For Sale Here Price 10 Cents." Depicts the 1897 issue with a four color process chromolithography on the SAME STOCK as the covers of the guides themselves. Just that chrome texture. The logo itself is so endearing, so important & so indicative of the age and the early days of the game - an era in which Spalding flourished within. Small tear, minor wrinkling, colors are as the day the craftsmen made this. Poster is beautifully framed to 20" x 24". Has lain dormant in a collection for decades & now available for your pleasure.
