One-of-a-kind lot of baseballs you will never see again. Type of ball is in parentheses: 1) 1911 Lelands Giants Game Ball. Ball is penned “California Winter League…McCormick’s Champions1910-11…San Diego Doyles Leland Giants.” Ball is like a playground ball used over and over. Hence, this likely came from the Negro League side of the tracks. 2) 1910 Last Ball of the Los Angeles Angels season. Game is versus Sacramento. 3) Oakland Oaks Team Balls: 1927 PCL Champions EX-MT+ with Ernie Lombardi & Jimmy Reese (OPCL), 1927 PCL Champions GD-VG (OPCL). 4) Game Balls: circa 1905 ONL w/”Patent Applied For” stamp, c. 1905 ONL, 1908 OAL (Patent Applied For) w/printed names of the Los Angeles Angels, c. 1908 ONL w/faded sigs, c. 1909 OAL, c. 1912 OAL, c. 1914 OAL. Plus, 1899 Mattoon (Illinois) B.B.C. w/names of players, 1904 Western League Champion Omaha w/printed names, 1905 Pirates player’s names listed on Official League ball, 1906 Cedar Rapids ONL w/printed names, 1932 w/light sigs (OPCL). Balls overall Good. Very little examination and research on these baseballs and their signatures have been done. Who knows what one may find?
