1956 Sport Magazine Award
Floyd Patterson won the prestigious Edward Neil Award in 1956 and the legendary Ring Magazine Championship belt for his victory over Archie Moore. To complete the bestowing Patterson also received the revered Sport Magazine Award for his accomplishments and we offer this here. This metal on wood award reads, "SPORT MAGAZINE AWARD TOP PERFORMER IN BOXING 1956 FLOYD PATTERSON." The award has some gouges in the wood base and one piece is loose, but still perfectly intact.
