1963 Roy Cohn Letter to Floyd Patterson
Here's an intriguing letter from April 12 of 1963, just seven months after Floyd Patterson lost his heavyweight title to Sonny Liston. The Olympic Gold Medalist had loaned this sports production company $125,000. It is signed by Roy M. Cohn, the famed lawyer who defended Senator Joseph McCarthy and who died of AIDS in 1986.
