1961 "500 Miles to Go" Indianapolis Motor Speedway Signed Book with 300+ Autographs
<p>What appears to be an ordinary book is actually the mother lode of Indy racing greatness. This copy of the 1961 hardcover "500 Miles to Go" Indianapolis Motor Speedway book was signed inside by over 300 at the 50th Anniversary race in 1966. Each signature was obtained by photographer Harold Berquist, who also signed inside, and this masterpiece comes with an alphabetized list of signers along with their accomplishments. Some include: A.J Foyt Sr. & Jr, Fred Duesenberg, Jack Brabham, Clarence Cagle, Floyd Clymer, Floyd Davis, Al Dean, Pat Flaherty (post-injury), Chick Hirashima, Tony Hulman, Jim Kimberly, Meyer and Drake, Sam Nunnis, Cowboy O'Rourke and many, many more. The vast majority of signatures are on first 13 pages, with a few others scattered throughout the book.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Addendum:</span></strong> A complete list of all signers has been uploaded in the photos.</p>
