1965 Bob Dylan & Joan Baez Concert Poster

1965 Bob Dylan & Joan Baez Concert Poster

A superb image featuring the collaboration of two of the most important voices of a generation: Bob Dylan and Joan Baez, for their East Coast Tour in 1965. This preceded a chilly period between the two folk music icons, as they didn't speak for a decade, adding an intriguing subtext to the piece. The poster was designed by Cambridge, MA folk singer and artist Eric Von Schmidt as an homage to the painter Toulouse-Lautrec. One of the most important posters of the era, the art nouveau example is immaculate, measuring 13x21.5" with spectacular color and is overall NM-MT.
