1966 Bobby Orr's First NHL Game Ticket Stub
On the evening of October 19th, 1966, Bobby Orr stepped onto the ice at Boston Garden and skated his warm-up laps. Fans in the seats to watch the Bruins take on Gordie Howe and his Red Wings were probably unaware that they were witnessing the beginning of greatness. Bobby was quick to make his mark, passing off for a goal and marking his first career assist and point. This small ticket stub with the seemingly miniscule price of one dollar is all that remains to mark Bobby Orr’s first NHL regular season game.
