For 92 years, the Warner Theater in Washington, DC has been home to many huge entertainment acts, from Frank Sinatra and Bob Hope to Bob Dylan and Prince. Back in 1970, this poster promoted an impressive roster of performers for "AN EVENING OF MUSICAL MEMORIES," including Pookie Hudson and the Spaniels, Jeanette Baby Washington, Shep's Original Limelites, the Marcels and Roscoe Bowie. Ticket prices and outlets are listed near the bottom, including what must be one of the earliest Ticketron mentions. The cardboard poster measures roughly 22" x 35" and displays as EX with some pinholes and corner creasing.
