1978 Ed Putman Chicago Cubs Game Worn Jersey
While Ed Putman is not a big name in Chicago Cubs' folklore, this game-worn jersey is a seldom-seen style that is all original. The powder blue pullover road jersey with white pinstripes has "CHICAGO 17" sewn on the front and "17" on the back, a Cubbie patch on the left sleeve, and Wilson size 42 and "17 78 2 42" strip tagging in the collar. It shows use but is terrific condition, and while Putman failed to homer in his 25 at bats that season, you can hit one with this unusual Cubs memento.
