Amazing Collection of Grateful Dead Vintage Photos From Famous Photographers (900+)
Formed in San Francisco as part of the counterculture movement, The Grateful Dead have been "truckin'" for half-a-century, drawing huge crowds of Deadheads everywhere they've ever appeared. This impressive lot of over 900 photos of the original jam band are primarily 8" x 10" and 8.5" x 11" original vintage prints from negatives. Included are shots by Dead Images (Rob Cohn), which are Dead licensed, Purple Moon, Jim Anderson and several other well-known Rock and Dead photographers. Roughly 90% of them have year, date and venues on the reverse, with most hailing from the 1980s. They average NRMT condition.
