Buddy Holly "Listen to Me" J-45 Guitar From His Wife Maria Elena Holly (LOA)

Buddy Holly "Listen to Me" J-45 Guitar From His Wife Maria Elena Holly (LOA)

Tragically lost in a 1959 plane crash at the age of just 22 on what has become known as "the Day the Music Died," Buddy Holly lives on in music history in this stunning acoustic guitar. The Listen to Me guitar, strap, and case are exact replicas of the famed Gibson J-45, crafted to commemorate what would have been his 75th birthday. The guitar features a spruce top, with mahogany back, neck and sides. The guitar title is added to the shoulder, and this specimen came from his wife Maria Elena Holly along with a letter from her to our own Josh Evans enclosed with it. With this gorgeously handcrafted replica, Holly's music does, in fact, live on.
