Circa 1920 Eddie Collins and Kid Gleason Photo by Bain (4.75" x 6.5")

Taken only one year after the "Black Sox" scandal rocked the baseball world, manager Kid Gleason stands alongside one of the few players not involved in fixing the 1919 Series, HOF'er Eddie Collins. Both men found themselves in the peculiar position that season of not only restoring their good names but that of their club and the entire sport. Minor age toning on the front surface though overall EX-MT with "Photo By Bain News Service" stamp on the reverse. Measures 4.75"x6.5".
