Clarence Darrow Signed Letter and Sketch

Letter requesting an autograph of Clarence Darrow dated October 17, 1935 and signed by the most famous trial lawyer of the early 20th Century in black fountain ink. Darrow wrote, "Am autographing and returning the exceptionally good likeness of yours truly--Clarence Darrow." The signature is clear and rates an "8" out of a possible 10. Letter measures approximately 7x5.25" and is EX-MT. The sketch is done in pencil on 5x7" paper and is signed by Darrow in strong black fountain ink. The signature rates an "8.5", and the sketch has a few minor tape marks on a few of the corners, otherwise NRMT.
