A nice group collected over many years are Excellent qualtiy: 1. William Howard Taft - dated Sept. 10, 1909, written on “The President’s Cottage” stationary (7x11”). Ink grades an “8” out of a possible 10. Original folds, EX. Comes with original mailing envelope, made out in Taft’s own hand. 2. Theodore Roosevelt - dated June 18th (no year) and written on “Oyster Bay, Long Island” stationary. Ink is only slightly faded, grading a “6.5”. Water stain on right side, original folds, and the back has remnants from being mounted on album page. VG+. 3. Grover Cleveland - 2-page letter dated Oct. 23, 1889, written on “816 Madison Ave.” stationary. Signature receives a “7” grade. Ink is bold and completely legible, faded to a brown color on its lightly toned pages. 4. Martin Van Buren - dated Sept. 25, 1958. Signature receives a “7” grade. 5. Dwight D. Eisenhower on notebook paper signed with his initials. With original mailing envelope.
