Edward S. Plank Signed Envelope
Eddie Plank died in 1926 at the young age of 50 and it is his death at such a young age that has made copies of his signatures so scarce. Here we have an envelope from a hotel in Palestine, Texas signed with a steel tip fountain pen in black ink. It is addressed in his hand to Mrs. Edward S. Plank. The strength of the signature rates an 8/10. The postmark on the envelope reads March 17, 1916 and the envelope itself is in EX condition with minimal creasing and minor edge wear.
