Remarkable Harry Heilmann personal photograph collection sources directly from the Heilmann family. Fresh to market and first ever offered collection features 35 mostly Type I examples. The majority of the collection highlights Heilmann's broadcasting career with the earliest example coming from the 1920s as a player rounding the bases. From 1934 to 1941, he was play-by-play announcer for the Tigers on station WXYZ and the Michigan Radio Network. 8x10" collection presents in EX condition overall.
