Jim Craig’s 1980 Winter Olympics "Miracle On Ice" Game Used Goalie Leg Pads
Beautifully battle-scarred, these goalie leg pads are made of leather and are regulation equipment worn by Jim Craig during all the Olympic hockey games in 1980. These are from the days when natural materials were used verses synthetics; these all-leather and sheepskin pads will display magnificently. From the days when the leather equipment soaked up water and became heavier during the course of the game, these pads have six straps still intact, and the leather is still supple. The leg pads are 14x32" and are very heavy. Comprised of quality leather, canvass and sheepskin. Estimate: $50,000-75,000.
