On September 10, 1966 in Frankfurt, Germany, World Heavyweight Champion Muhammad Ali defended his title for the 6th time against Karl Mildenberger, stopping him in the 12th round. Offered here is a rare, on-site poster with broadside glued in the lower right corner. Made of cardboard, this poster, done especially for U.S. servicemen, advertises "A Tour To The Fight," and offers a special discounted price. The poster has some discoloration and light staining. The color, print and images remain bold. A rare opportunity to own a poster to this fight, which undoubtedly was used in Germany and measures 14" x 22".
