This hand-signed cartouche of Paul Helms is by Edward S. Curtis, an original photograph by one of our most famous photographers most known for his magnificent portraits of the American West and of Native Americans. Stamped on verso by The Edward Curtis Studios with a Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles address, the photograph is of the namesake of Helms Hall Sports Museum. Bromide print on double weight stock measures 11x14" and has some foxing discoloration around the edges.
