Red Schoendienst Single-Signed Baseballs (44)
Each of these balls is single-signed by the man of the hour, with some bearing the notation "HOF 89," referencing his Cooperstown induction year. This is hardly your run-of-the-mill collection as these baseballs were in Red's possession. Many are official National League (White) balls but there is some special stuff here, such as two Giles balls, several examples for the 1982, 1985 and 1987 World Series years with the one 1987 ball actually showing good use from a Series game. Other special event balls include the Cracker Jack Old Timers' Game, Hall of Fame Induction and more. The signatures average 8/10 while some balls display toning or game use. Others are EX-MT and better.
