1902 Theodore Roosevelt Signed Document (16x20")
Official Document dated July 2, 1902 is signed by Theodore Roosevelt in black fountain pen. Originally served to appoint John F. Stretch to the position of Colonel of Infantry. Signature is slightly bled, but bold and dark. Document with blue War Department seal in lower left is countersigned by Secretary of War and the Adjutant General. Original folds and some light creasing. O/w EX. Framed to 21x24.5".
