WWII U.S. Military Lead Model Ships

WWII U.S. Military Lead Model Ships

These are not toys... The U.S. military for planning operations during WWII used these. Lot contains 27 pieces altogether, broken down into 21 slush lead model cruisers (Japanese and U.S.) with extra wire addings, 5 metal tanks, and 1 wooden Japanese Army warplane (Nakajma T-97). Made in England, one of these ships is actually stamped on the bottom “Dec 1942 Pensacola”. Most are in their original boxes. Collection was obtained from a WWII Army Intelligence officer. Ships and tanks average 5" in length. Overall EX.
