Two years after gaining the presidency following the assassination of William McKinley, a wistful looking Teddy Roosevelt signed this photograph, “To Mr. Francis Fitzgerald with regards of Theodore Roosevelt Nov. 20th 1903”. Signed in heavy-handed black fountain pen below a crisp, NRMT oval photo (measurements 3.5x5”). Outstanding contrast. Signature grades a perfect 10 out of a possible 10.
