1920 St Paul Saints Championship Trophy and Manager's Fob

1920 St Paul Saints Championship Trophy and Manager's Fob

Beautiful 64 oz. sterling silver pitcher was presented to the St. Paul Saints for winning the American Association championship in 1920. The pitcher, which stands a stately 9 1/2" tall and measures 8" from brim to handle, is inscribed as follows: "The American Association Championship Trophy 1920 Won by St. Paul Baseball Club John W. Norton, Pres. M.J. Kelly, Mgr." Etched into the bottom of the pitcher by someone else is "DWN MNO - 62091 - (1385)." Also included in this lot is team manager Mike Kelly's 14K white gold manager's fob. A rare trophy indeed, and a slice of Minnesota baseball history. Comes with family LOA.
