1929 Thomas Edison Signed Photo

1929 Thomas Edison Signed Photo

All the guy did was virtually invent the lightbulb, the phonograph and a motion picture camera. So we don't have to invent what having Thomas Edison's scientifically authenticated signature on a portrait photo could mean. Edison shows calligraphy-like penmanship in signing the bottom of this white-bordered, 5- by 8-inch image (EX) "Thos A Edison," which dates to 1929, according to a pencil inscription on the back. That would be two years before his death. How about that looping, swooping T in "Thos"? Who could invent a signature (10!/10) like that? An LOA accompanies this incredible find.
