The 1931 Yankees went 94-59 but finished a distant second to the Philadelphia A's. Nonetheless, "The Babe" and "The Iron Horse" were baseball royalty, having shared the American League home run crown with 46 apiece. That legendary pair autographed this very attractive baseball (Ruth on the sweet spot), as did Jim Weaver and Hall of Famers Tony Lazzeri, Herb Pennock and Bill Dickey. The vintage red and blue stitched Rawlings official league baseball is a thing of beauty. The signatures grade 6.5 to 7/10 with Gehrig's a tad light.
