1941 Goofy "How to Play Golf" Original Storyboard Drawings (51)
Complete collection of 51 original storyboard drawings of Goofy inventing and playing golf that led to the final script for the 1944 Walt Disney cartoon "How to Play Golf. It starts off with Goofy in Bonnie Scotland being very worried that his field was covered with small, white rocks, which ended up being such a headache that he hit them with a stick and after the first rock fell in a hole, the "hole in one" was invented. He then figured out how to clear the fields of all the rocks by using his stick and running about the fields. The story progresses with Goofy trying to choose the right club, getting stuck in a golf bag, creating a massive divot, hitting out of the water and more. It ends with him hitting a perfect shot that ends up being an inch short of a hole-in-one and him going berserk. Each storyboard is drawn on 8x9" three-ring paper with the exception of only two, both of which are still part of the story, just on different paper. There is some minor creasing and staple marks but otherwise in EX-MT condition.
