1948 Hank Williams Signed Gas Station Receipt

1948 Hank Williams Signed Gas Station Receipt

A unique autograph item from one of those stars that shine very bright for a very short time and then is extinguished, this is a detailed invoice and receipt for services rendered from Dean's Service Station, Montgomery, Alabama dated Jan 27 1948. Signed in pencil by Hank Williams, the signature is a 10/10. Williams' death remains somewhat shrouded in mystery as the exact cause of death and what happened will never be known. Still, he was only 29, and his autograph is extremely sought after. If you named a few of the top country artists from the 20th Century he would be in the top three. Overall measures 8x10" and NRMT, comes with a Lelands.com LOA.
