1969 Rod Carew Minnesota Twins Game Used Jersey and Pants

1969 Rod Carew Minnesota Twins Game Used Jersey and Pants

Hall of Fame infielder Rod Carew spent the first 12 seasons of his major league career with the Minnesota Twins, and wore this pinstriped flannel button-front jersey during the 1969 baseball season. With "Twins" across the front and Carew's number 29 (since retired by the Twins) on the back in navy-on-red tackle twill, the jersey has a Wilson size 40 label on the front left tail just above a patch reading "40 - 1969 Set 2." Carew's name appears on a patch sewn in the collar. The left sleeve sports a Twins patch, while the right sleeve has a baseball 100th Anniversary patch. All-original jersey has staining on the front. The pants, also all-original, have a Wilson size 32 label inside the waistband but no player designations. Great collectible from a true Twins legend.
