1972 Rick Dempsey Minnesota Twins Game Used Jersey
Catcher Rick Dempsey began his Major League career with the Minnesota Twins, and wore this button-front doubleknit jersey during the 1972 baseball season. The jersey has "Twins" across the front and Dempsey's number "25" on the back in red-on-navy tackle twill. There is red, white and blue trim on both the collar and cuffs, and a Twins patch on the left sleeve. A Spalding label appears on the inside back tail near the hem, with a "72" patch to its left and a size 38 patch to its right. This Spalding jersey style was only used by the Twins for one year, making it tough to find. The jersey is all original and shows nice game use.
