1973 Jean Ratelle NHL All-Star Game Worn Jersey (Photomatched)
<p><strong>Addendum: Next season, Jean Ratelle’s No. 19 will be retired in recognition of his selection as one of the NHL’s Greatest 100</strong>.<a href="http://nypost.com/2017/02/18/rangers-will-put-jean-ratelles-number-in-rafters-where-it-belongs/">SEE RELATED LARRY BROOKS NY POST ARTICLE</a></p>A beautiful rarity, this all-original jersey is from the NHL All-Star game held at Madison Square Garden on January 30, 1973, and was worn by New York Rangers' hometown hero, Jean Ratelle. The white home jersey with black and orange trim shows appropriate All-Star game use with sweat stains, light stick marks and some other minor stains. Cosby tag in collar is sewn over a Wilson tag that has the size (48) written on it, and it's signed on the front in black marker, "Game Used Jean Ratelle HOF 85." Ratelle's number 19 is on both sleeves and back, above the number on the back "RATELLE" is sewn directly on the jersey in black tackle twill-orange colored thread. A beautiful, all-original jersey, this comes right from the collection of Jean Ratelle.
