1974 First All Star Jockey Championship Trophy Cup
A star of stars, Hall of Fame jockey Jorge Velasquez won this highly promoted event which helped raise funds for the Jockeys' Guild. Held at California's famed Hollywood Park, the event included some of the biggest names in the profession, including Velasquez, Willie Shoemaker, and Laffit Pincay, Jr. It stands 3" tall and measures 3.5" in diameter, bears a green enamel "THC" logo, and is engraved, "First All-Star Invitational Jockey Championship Race Hollywood Park June 30, 1974 Jorge Velasquez." Has some light tarnish, stamped "Sterling Tiffany and Co." Comes with LOA from Jorge Velasquez.
