Inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1985, Calumet's Davona Dale accomplished something no other filly in racing history has ever equaled: she won both the National Triple Tiara and the NY Triple Tiara. This crystal jewelry box was awarded to Jorge Velasquez for his victory in the final leg of the 1979 NY Triple Tiara, the Coaching Club American Oaks, which is NYRA's filly equivalent of the Belmont Stakes.
