1987 Jeff Reardon Last Out Game-Used Glove from 1987 World Series

1987 Jeff Reardon Last Out Game-Used Glove from 1987 World Series

Jeff "The Terminator" Reardon joined the Minnesota Twins in 1987 after being traded from the Mets, and immediately helped his new team win the American League pennant and the 1987 World Series. Reardon used this Rawlings Gold Glove model HOH-50BF glove as he pitched in relief in the final Series game, recording the last out to give the Twins the World Championship. Reardon has inscribed the glove in blue Sharpie as follows: "Best Wishes Jeff Reardon #41 '1987 World Champs'." This is a great gamer from a renowned relief pitcher on a small market team that makes winning a habit, even with a low payroll. The lot also includes a 1988 copy of Street & Smith's Baseball magazine with Reardon on the cover wearing a glove that looks very similar to this one....
