Al Newman's 1991 World Series Ring

Al Newman's 1991 World Series Ring

One of the toughest sports rings to find is a player's World Series ring - and that's exactly what we have for auction here: infielder Al Newman's Minnesota Twins 1991 World Series ring. Made by Jostens in 10K gold, the size 10 ring has a large diamond in the center in a diamond-shaped setting on a red stone background. "Minnesota Twins World Champions" appears in raised lettering around the center, with two small diamonds on each side. The right shank has the World Championship trophy below a large 1991; "M4 A3" signifies that the Twins won the Series four games to three over the Atlanta Braves. The left shank has Newman's name and his number "26" in large lettering, along with the Twins 30th anniversary logo and the numbers "95" and "67". The ring has been worn but is still in NRMT condition and comes with an LOA.
