Original Type I photograph picturing Wall Street in New York, circa 1890. The famous thoroughfare is captured during the day, with numerous pedestrians seen on the sidewalks and horse-drawn wagons on the street. Also clearly visible in this image are the statue of George Washington, which sits in front of Federal Hall, and Trinity Church. Three Brown Brothers credit stamps appear on the reverse, along with a handwritten pencil notation that reads “Wall St + Trinity Church.” The crystal-clear photo (4.75x7”) displays a slightly trimmed left border and is otherwise in Excellent condition.
