Circa 1910 Eddie Collins Photograph (PSA Type I)

Circa 1910 Eddie Collins Photograph (PSA Type I)

Original Type I photograph of Hall of Fame second baseman Eddie Collins as a member of the Philadelphia Athletics. Collins is pictured posing on the sideline prior to a game. Collins' name was etched into the negative, which displays as white lettering along the top border. Three Brown Brothers credit stamps appear on the reverse, as does Collins' name written in pencil. Although no year is listed, the "pillbox" style cap shown here was worn by the A's between the years 1909 and 1914. The photo (3x5.25") displays a tiny crease in the lower right corner and is otherwise in Excellent to Mint condition. Culled from the legendary Brown Brothers Photo Archive. PSA encapsulated as Type I Authentic.
