Early 1900s Brass Dinner Gong
Very likely British based on the style and as this was their custom. Crossed racquets in brass and handsome wood with brass netting. Hanging gong in splendid brass still works perfectly to call Jeeves or the butler of your choice. Beautiful ornamentals throughout, all in brass, and the wood all in oak. Original clanger for the gong with original cloth covering and the perfect place to rest it. 14x13x6”. EX.
